Address (address module)

Fill in your field name

Italic values are placeholders: replace them with your own machine names, or let the builder do it.

Reads the entity directly, before field formatters run.

  1. Snippet 1
    {{ node.field_name.address_line1 }}
  2. Snippet 2
    {{ node.field_name.address_line2 }}
  3. Snippet 3
    {{ node.field_name.postal_code }}
  4. Snippet 4
    {{ node.field_name.locality }}
  5. Snippet 5
    {{ node.field_name.country_code }}

Reads the content render array, after field formatters run.

  1. Snippet 1
    {{ content.field_name.0.address_line1['#value'] }}
  2. Snippet 2
    {{ content.field_name.0.address_line2['#value'] }}
  3. Snippet 3
    {{ content.field_name.0.postal_code['#value'] }}
  4. Snippet 4
    {{ content.field_name.0.locality['#value'] }}
  5. Snippet 5
    {{ content.field_name.0.country['#value'] }}

Uses a contrib module’s Twig filter or function.

  1. {{ content.field_name|field_value.0.address_line1['#value'] }}
  2. {{ content.field_name|field_value.0.locality['#value'] }}

Gotcha

Render keys come from the default formatter and only exist for fields the country’s address format uses (country is always there). Their #value is already HTML-escaped, so an apostrophe or ampersand prints as an entity; the raw properties don’t have this problem.

Contrib modules used

See helper modules for what each one provides.
